Terms of Service
Last updated August 17, 2026
These terms govern your use of restorationmenifeeca.com. By using this website you agree to them. They do not govern the restoration work itself — that is covered by the written work authorization and scope you sign before any job begins.
Information on this site is general, not advice for your property
The guidance published here — including symptom descriptions, maintenance recommendations, drying timelines, and insurance explanations — is general information about how water damage typically behaves in this region. It is not a professional assessment of your specific property, and it is not legal or insurance advice.
Every property is different. Nothing on this site substitutes for an on-site inspection, and nothing here should be relied on to decide whether your situation is safe or urgent. If you are unsure, call us.
How to read our published pricing
We publish per-square-foot ranges for mitigation and reconstruction because we think homeowners deserve a way to read an estimate. Those figures are industry ranges for context, not quotes. They are not offers, they are not binding, and your actual cost depends on the water category, how long the water sat, what materials it reached, your finish level, and access.
A binding price comes only from a written estimate produced after an on-site inspection of your property.
Response times
Response and arrival times shown on this site are typical drive-time bands under normal conditions. They are estimates, not guarantees. Traffic, weather, gated-community access, and simultaneous emergencies all affect actual arrival. We will give you a realistic estimate when you call.
Emergencies
This website is not a channel for emergencies. If water is actively spreading, call (201) 277-9344. If there is a risk to life, structural collapse, gas, or electrical danger, call 911 first.
Form submissions are monitored during business hours and may not be seen immediately. Do not rely on a form for an emergency.
Licensing and insurance
We hold the licensing and insurance California requires of a restoration contractor and maintain IICRC certification in the disciplines this work requires. You are entitled to verify any contractor’s licence with the California Contractors State License Board before work begins, and we encourage you to do so — including with us.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, graphics, and photographs on this site are our property or used with permission. You may read, print, and share pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not republish substantial portions of the content elsewhere without written permission.
Third-party links and content
This site links to third-party resources and embeds a Google Maps frame. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on general information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law, and nothing here limits our obligations under a signed work authorization.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
